The Master Programme in International Human Resources Management is designed and promoted by GEMA Business School as an international version of its HR Management programme, now at the 35th edition.
The Master is tailored for those who have a strong interest in international aspects of Human Resource Management. Informed by current research, advanced scholarship and professional practice the programme offers an opportunity to extend and develop skills, knowledge and critical abilities at Masters Level in the field of International Human Resource Management.
The Programme includes leadership and organizational behaviour, human resource strategy, human resource functions, international context of HRM, Knowledge and consultancy interventions. Through these various courses, students will broaden and expand their personal skills in communication, presentation, research, critical analysis and problem solving. Master path consists in a first induction period held in Rome at GEMA Business School, a second educational period in London at the University of Greenwich and a third internship period in companies and organizations based in Italy.
Thanks to the partnership with the University of Greenwich of London, all the training activities (lectures, researches, assignments, project works, etc.) will be held in English language by Faculty Members, Visiting Professors and Guest Speakers from British and International business context.
In order to allow students to be properly prepared to deal with the international experience, GEMA has designed a “Starting Path” as a first phase of the Master Programme that will be held in Rome and focused to the following areas: Human Resources Management Fundamental, Team Building and Personal Skills.
