International Human Resources Management [iHRM]

The Associate Postgraduate Programme in International Human Resources Management is designed and promoted by GEMA Business School, in partnership with the University of Greenwich – London (UK) and the Kingston University – London (UK), as an international version of its HR Management programme, now at the 37th edition. Thanks to an additional partnership that GEMA has signed with the KBM Group, it is possible to apply for attending an “extended” version of the Programme consisting in a longer period to spend in London (7 months instead of 4 months) for a more complete and practical training experience.

PROGRAMME DETAILS

The Programme offers two possible options to choose:

OPTION 1:

Phase A
GEMA – Rome (Italy) – 2 months
CONTENTS: Human Resources Management Basics and Fundamentals – Team Building – Skills Balance

Phase B
University of Greenwich – London (UK) – 4 months
CONTENTS: International Context of Human Resources Management – Human Resources Strategy – Knowledge and Consultancy Interventions

Phase C
Companies and Organizations – Italy – 6 months
Internship opportunity in Companies and Organization based mainly in Italy where the student can implement what learnt during master experience. Every student will be offered the chance to be candidate for a 6 months period position

OPTION 2:

Phase A
KBM Group – London (UK) – 2 months
CONTENTS: Human Resources Management Basics and Fundamentals – English Language Course finalized to reach the QCER B2, minimum level required to attend course at Kingston

Phase B
Kingston University  and Business School – London (UK) – 4 months
CONTENTS: International Context of Human Resources Management – Strategic Leadership Development – Performance Management

KBM Group – London (UK) – 3 months (optional)
CONTENTS: Training/working experience with companies in HR topics, providing opportunities to put in practice students HR and English skills in the real world of work

During the Phase B, KBM Group will also provide a tutorship assistance to students during their study experience at Kingston in order to help them to have a good performance when presenting essays, and attending exams

Phase C
Companies and Organizations – Italy – 6 months
Internship opportunity in Companies and Organization based mainly in Italy where the student can implement what learnt during master experience. Every student will be offered the chance to be candidate for a 6 months period position
